Round One of Vaccinations….CHECK!

I have now gotten stuck by 2 needles and have some pills waiting for me in the refrigerator.  The vaccines I have so far:

• Typhoid (pills)
• Hep A&B (first round of three)
• Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis

I am waiting to get the rest to see how much my insurance will cover the vaccines.  I spoke with Blue Cross Blue Shield a few times to try and clarify how much was covered….supposedly 100%!!  But I will find out in a couple weeks…

The vaccines I have left to get (which will be in 2 seperate appointments):

• Yellow Fever
• Polio Booster
• Meningitis
• Hep A&B 2nd and 3rd round

Then I will be ready to go and will still have about 6 months before I leave.  At least I am getting it out of the way sooner than later.  Next visit for vaccines….4 weeks from now.
